1. Payment options

1.1 For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product presentation in the offer:

2. Delivery

2.1 As a rule, shipping is carried out by DHL. Depending on the size of your order, it may also be another service provider.

2.2 If it is not possible for you to add items to the shopping cart, you are probably in a country that we do not deliver to under the stated conditions. Please enquire about the shipping costs by sending an email to service@boerner.de and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.

3. Shipping costs

3.1 For shipping within Germany, we charge EUR 7.90 shipping costs per shipping box (usually dimensions 60cm x 40cm x 35 cm).

The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the checkout area of the store.

3.2 For shipping within Europe, we charge different shipping costs depending on the country of delivery.

3.3 Collections in 54526 Landscheid/Niederkail are free of charge for the customer.

4. Delivery times

4.1 The delivery time is approx. 2 working days within Germany. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If, in exceptional cases, an item is not in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be indicated separately on the respective product page.
