Terms and Conditions for the Facebook/Instagram Giveaway
This contest is not affiliated with Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Facebook. The recipient of the information provided by participants is not Facebook, but solely Börner GmbH, the operator of the official Facebook page.
The contest runs during the period specified in the post
Participation in the contest is subject exclusively to the terms and conditions listed here. By participating in the contest, the participant expressly accepts these terms and conditions. The organizer reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without providing a reason.
Eligibility
Eligible to participate are individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and reside in Germany. Employees of Börner GmbH are not eligible to participate.
Participation
This post sets forth the terms and conditions for participation. In addition to accepting these terms and conditions, participation in the contest requires that the participant’s profile can be clearly identified. Participation in the contest implies consent to the publication of the winner’s name on the Börner GmbH Facebook page in the event of a win.
Prize
The prizes listed in the post will be awarded at random. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
Determination of Winnings
The prize will be awarded by random drawing from among all participants who meet the above criteria. The management of Börner GmbH is responsible for conducting the drawing. The winner will then be announced and will have 96 hours to respond to the notification of winning by contacting Börner GmbH and providing complete contact information.
Disclaimer
The organizer shall not be liable in any way for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the contest, the use of the prize, or the unavailability of the internet server, unless such damages are attributable to gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of the organizer.
Privacy policy
To the extent that personal data of participants is collected as part of this promotion, such data will be collected, processed, and used by the organizer solely for the purpose of conducting the contest and may be permanently published on the Facebook page “Börner GmbH” and the Instagram page “boernerofficial” in connection with the announcement of the contest winners.
Waiver of the Right to Legal Action
Legal action is excluded.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Such provision shall be replaced by a reasonable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the invalid provision.
