Herbstlicher Flammkuchen
Equipment
- V3 Gemüsehobel
Ingredients
- 1 Pck. Flammkuchenteig aus dem Kühlregal
- 150 g vegane Creme-Fraîche
- 200 g Kürbis
- 1 Zwiebel
- ½ Apfel
- Veganer Feta
Instructions
- Schneide mit dem V3 Gemüsehobel den Kürbis, die Zwiebel und den Apfel in dünne Scheiben.
- Anschließend den Teig ausrollen und die Creme Fraîche gleichmäßig verteilen.
- Danach können die geschnittenen Zutaten auf dem Flammkuchen verteilt werden.
- Nach Belieben würzen und anschließend den Feta auf dem Flammkuchen verteilen.
- Nun kann der Flammkuchen für 10-15 min bei 200 Grad in den Backofen.
