Equipment

• 1 Börner 6in1 Garnierschäler

Ingredients

  

Salat

• 1 Tasse gekochte Quinoa
• 2 große Karotten
• 1 kleine Zucchini

Dressing

• 2 EL Olivenöl
• 2 EL Zitronensaft
• Salz
• Pfeffer

Instructions

 

Salat

• Karotte und Zucchini mit dem Schäler in dünne Streifen schneiden und zusammen mit den Quinoa-Körnern in die Schüssel geben.
• Danach alles mischen

Dressing

• Olivenöl, Zitronensaft und Gewürze zusammen mischen und drüber gießen
