This set includes everything you need to safely and quickly slice cheese into thick or thin slices. The V3 Slicer, a disc insert available in two different thicknesses, a safety insert that serves as both a blade guard and a center cutting insert, and a safety fruit holder to protect your hands while planing.

The original Börner catch tray, available as an accessory, was specially designed for the V3 TrendLine V-slicer and ensures that the V-slicer sits perfectly and securely while you work in the kitchen. The trimmings are immediately caught by the tray. Additionally, salads can be quickly and easily served directly in the tray. The material is oil- and vinegar-resistant and easy to clean. After use, the products can simply be rinsed under running water.
