The mandoline not only makes preparation a breeze, but also saves you a lot of time and effort in the kitchen. With the slice guide, you can slice ingredients into 4 different thicknesses. Whether you’re making cucumber salad, carpaccio, or lemon slices, you can precisely adjust the thickness to your liking.

Simply press the button on the side of the slicer to swap out the inserts. The 3.5 mm and 7 mm blade inserts allow you to cut fine cubes and strips of varying thicknesses. This cutting setting is perfect for dicing onions or preparing vegetable stir-fries and raw vegetable salads.
